Since his release from prison in September of last year, B.G. has been embracing his newfound freedom with gusto. From dropping new music to engaging with fans online, the rapper has been making the most of his time outside of prison. Notably, he’s also been reconnecting with old collaborators, including some fellow Louisiana-born artists.

Among the notable collaborations B.G. has undertaken since his release are tracks with Gucci Mane, Finesse2tymes, C-Murder, and more. He’s even hinted at a potential collaboration with NBA YoungBoy, although details about the project remain scarce.

One of the first collaborations fans witnessed from B.G. post-release was with Boosie Badazz. The two artists joined forces for “Free BG / My Dawg,” a track where B.G. expresses gratitude to Boosie for his support during his 13-year prison stint.
