Boosie Badazz celebrated Valentine’s Day in a special way, taking his daughter, Laila Jean Hatch, to watch the newly released Bob Marley biopic, “Bob Marley: One Love.” The Baton Rouge native immersed himself in the experience, even cosplaying as the iconic reggae legend while inside the theater, as captured in a clip shared on his Instagram.

While Bob Marley’s enduring influence on music is widely recognized, Boosie’s recent remarks about another artist, R. Kelly, stirred controversy. Last week, Boosie suggested on Twitter that Kelly’s songs would have been a hit at the Super Bowl Halftime Show if not for his legal troubles. His dream setlist proposal for Kelly’s hypothetical performance drew a range of responses from fans, with some expressing confusion and others questioning Boosie’s support for the convicted artist.
