In the heart of Uganda, amidst the rolling hills and lush greenery, there exists a figure whose name is synonymous with resilience, leadership, and unwavering dedication to community upliftment. Bisaso Abdul, a man of humble beginnings, has emerged as a guiding light for the youth of Kasanda District and beyond, leaving an indelible mark on the socio-economic fabric of the nation.

Born into a family steeped in tradition and heritage, Abdul’s upbringing was a tapestry of values instilled by his late father, Ali Tamale, and his mother, Benny Nankabirwa of Kiganda SSsingo Kasanda District. Raised in the serene environs of Ssingo, his formative years were characterized by a deep sense of respect for culture, hard work, and compassion towards others. From his earliest memories at Standard Primary School, Abdul displayed an insatiable thirst for knowledge and a natural aptitude for leadership. His journey through education, from Kakungumbe Secondary School for his O-level to the esteemed halls of Gayaza Cambridge College of St. Mbaaga for the A-level, was marked by academic excellence and a relentless pursuit of personal and professional growth.

Upon completing his secondary education, Abdul’s aspirations led him to Makerere University, where he embarked on a transformative journey in pursuit of higher learning. His tenure at Makerere was defined by a myriad of experiences, from late-night study sessions to engaging debates with peers and mentors. It was here that he honed his intellectual prowess and developed a keen understanding of the complexities of the world around him.

Abdul’s academic pursuits culminated in a Bachelor’s in Science in Hotel Management, a qualification that equipped him with the skills and knowledge to navigate the dynamic hospitality industry with finesse and expertise. However, his thirst for knowledge remained unquenched, prompting him to pursue further studies in the field of education, culminating in a Diploma in Education and later a Master’s in Public Administration and Management from Makerere University.

In addition to his academic endeavors, Abdul’s commitment to community service and youth empowerment is unwavering. As the Director of Highway Secondary School Kiganda and a board member of various educational institutions, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the minds and futures of the next generation. His leadership roles within the Buganda Youth Forum as the Ag chairman, Chairman for the Youth in Kasanda District, Deputy Chairman of  Ssingo Football club in Masaza cup, and Deputy National Coordinator of Emyooga program and underscores his dedication to grassroots mobilization and socio-economic empowerment, earning him the admiration and respect of peers and constituents alike.

Notably, Abdul is recognized as the visionary behind the Emyooga concept, a groundbreaking initiative aimed at fostering economic empowerment and self-sustainability among Ugandan youth. His innovative approach to community development has earned him admiration and respect from peers and constituents alike. Beyond his professional endeavors, Abdul is deeply rooted in agriculture, cultivating cash crops and food crops, with great attention to coffee. Additionally, his entrepreneurial spirit shines through his business ventures, particularly in the importation of clothing from foreign countries.

Despite his numerous professional engagements, Abdul remained grounded in his devotion to family. A loving husband to his wife, blessed with twins, he cherished moments of tranquility amidst the whirlwind of his professional pursuits, finding solace in the embrace of loved ones. In political spheres, Abdul represents the youth with distinction, serving as a prominent member of the NRM district. His pivotal role in mobilizing for president Museveni in the 2021 generation in Greater Mubende stands as a testament to his unwavering support for NRM and his vision for a prosperous future. In essence, Bisaso Abdul’s journey epitomizes the power of determination, resilience, and service to others. As he continues to leave an indelible mark on Uganda’s socio-economic landscape, his legacy serves as a source of inspiration for generations to come.

As the political landscape evolves, Abdul has set his sights on a new frontier: contesting in the upcoming general election for the Member of Parliament for Kasanda South on the NRM ticket. The constituency, currently represented by Kabuye Frank the NUP candidate who defeated NRM in 2021, presents a unique opportunity for Abdul to champion the aspirations and concerns of his constituents. Armed with a bold vision for change and a steadfast determination to serve his constituents, Abdul seeks to harness the collective aspirations of the people and chart a course towards a brighter future.

With his extensive experience in community development, youth empowerment, and grassroots mobilization, Abdul is uniquely positioned to offer dynamic leadership and meaningful change for the people of Kasanda South. His campaign is not merely about winning an election; it is about inspiring hope, empowering communities, and building a better tomorrow for generations to come.
