Fredrick Ngalo Joins BUL FC
BUL FC, currently leading the Uganda Premier League, have sealed their first signing of the current transfer window.
The Eastern Giants are understood to have signed defender Fredrick Ngalo from neighboring club Busoga United.
Ngalo, who has reportedly signed a two-year deal until 2026, reunites with former coach Abby Kikomeko, with whom they played a pivotal role in helping Busoga retain their top-tier status at the end of last season.
He is expected to be unveiled as a new BUL player in the coming days.
The defender’s arrival comes as the Eastern Giants resume preparations for the upcoming second round, set to commence early next month.
Additionally, there are reports that they are actively searching for a forward to enhance their offensive capabilities with Express’ Isaac Wagoina one of the players linked to them.
Kikomeko’s team scored 23 goals in the first half of the season, and addressing this aspect is a priority for the second round.
Currently, BUL holds 33 points from 15 games, sitting three points above second-placed Vipers SC.
They kick off the second round with an away game against KCCA FC on Friday, February 09 at Lugogo.
