This Saturday, 20th April 2024, Phanero Ministries International is set to host its seventh annual Men Gather conference at the Kololo Independence Grounds, with an expected attendance of over 40,000 men. This year’s conference, themed “The Priest,” aims to foster responsible fatherhood and enhance men’s roles in both spiritual and societal leadership.

Pastor Zac Mutyaba, speaking about the event, highlighted the ministry’s commitment to transforming lives through the word of God under the leadership of Apostle Grace Lubega. “Our focus on men stems from our belief in their pivotal roles as fathers and leaders within society,” Mutyaba explained.

The conference will feature participants from Uganda and internationally, including men from across Africa, the United States, Europe, and Asia. It seeks to address the common issue of men neglecting their familial responsibilities, often due to the absence of adequate role models or guidance.

During the event, mentors from various organizations and companies will provide insights on financial management, investment, and networking. These sessions are supported by sponsors such as the National Social Security Fund, Stanbic Bank, Equity Bank, and Azua Water.

Pastor Ronnie Mutebi of Phanero Ministries also noted that the Men’s conference is a highlight in the calendar as the ministry prepares to celebrate its 10th anniversary in August this year. The day will kick off with games and aerobics in the morning, with gates opening at 9 am, and the main conference scheduled to start at 2 pm.
