Pastor Edith Kazibwe to Host ‘Exceptional Leadership Conference’ in Canada

Toronto, Canada — Christian leaders from across the world are expected to gather in Canada later this month for the Exceptional Leadership Conference, a three-day event aimed at empowering believers to discover and fulfill their God-given purpose.

The conference, hosted by Edith Kazibwe, will take place from March 27 to March 29, 2026, starting at 9:00 a.m. EST, at 1450 O’Connor Drive, Room 102/103, East York, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The event is organized by Upper Room Ministries and will run under the theme “Empowered for Purpose.”

According to organizers, the conference is part of a global movement to raise kingdom-minded leaders who will transform the next generation through spiritual gifts, talents, and leadership skills grounded in biblical truth and integrity. The initiative seeks to equip participants with practical and spiritual tools needed to influence communities and ministries around the world.

The conference draws inspiration from the biblical message in First Epistle of Peter 2:9, which emphasizes the identity of believers as a “chosen generation” called to serve and lead with purpose.

Speaking ahead of the event, Charles Kazumba, founder of Kingdom Insight Mission and a theology scholar based in Canada, said the gathering aims to strengthen leadership within the Christian community.

“We are a chosen generation called to lead with integrity, wisdom, and spiritual empowerment,” Kazumba said, emphasizing the importance of nurturing leaders who can guide future generations.

The conference will feature a lineup of international speakers, including Richard Okwoawo, bishop of Bubble Believers Chapel in Canada, originally from Nigeria, and Kaweme (Lady K), a UK-based prophetess and founder of Anchor of Destiny Global, who is originally from Zambia.

Organizers say the three-day event will include leadership teachings, mentorship sessions, and spiritual impartation designed to equip pastors, youth leaders, ministry workers, and believers seeking to grow in their leadership calling.

The Exceptional Leadership Conference is expected to attract participants from different countries, making it a significant international Christian leadership gathering in Toronto.
