According to a recent report from The Blast, actress Nia Long has successfully negotiated a monthly child support settlement of over $32,000 from her ex-partner, Ime Udoka. The court documents also confirm that the former couple will share joint custody of their 12-year-old son, with Long’s attorney, Samantha Spector, facilitating the agreement.

The court papers highlight Udoka’s monthly disposable income at $465,804 and reveal that their son predominantly stays with Long, accounting for 95% of the time. While this percentage would suggest a figure around $56,389, both parties reached a mutual agreement on the final monthly support of $32,000.

Nia Long’s engagement to Udoka was called off following reports of the former Boston Celtics head coach having an alleged affair with a female staffer within the team’s organization. Subsequently, Udoka was suspended for the 2022–2023 season and has since moved on to coach the Houston Rockets. In response to the controversy, Udoka issued a public apology, expressing regret for letting down the team, fans, and his family.

Long recently opened up about the breakup during an interview with rapper Jeezy, acknowledging that their relationship had been tumultuous for an extended period. She emphasized the need to move forward independently and not be swayed by external opinions. Stay tuned for further updates on Nia Long and Ime Udoka’s ongoing legal matters and personal developments.
