Offset’s recent album, “Set If Off,” generated significant excitement upon its release last month. The project not only garnered positive reviews but also enjoyed substantial commercial success. Selling 70k units in its first week, the album made an impressive debut in the top 5 of the Billboard 200. Moreover, two of its notable collaborations entered the Hot 100 chart last week, further establishing the album’s presence.

The high-profile track “SAY MY GRACE” with Travis Scott debuted the highest on the Hot 100, maintaining its position at number 100 this week. The second track, “Worth It,” featuring Don Toliver, particularly resonated as an empowering anthem for women. For his standout second verse, Offset sought advice from his wife, Cardi B, as revealed in a recent interview. Fans celebrated this sweet moment in the comments of a video repost, commending Cardi B and criticizing online hate directed towards her.

In a separate interview last week, Offset remarked on the decline in sales numbers within the rap music genre. He attributed this fall to a lack of originality, expressing concern that the industry is becoming repetitive and monotonous. He emphasized the need for more creative content, highlighting the decrease in engagement due to uniformity in music.
