Tasha K is making moves to have the defamation lawsuit filed against her by Kevin Hart thrown out. According to a statement from Tasha K’s company, the grounds for dismissal stem from Hart’s failure to specifically identify which statements he deems false and defamatory, as well as which facts are considered an invasion of privacy. Essentially, Tasha argues that Hart’s lawsuit lacks the necessary specificity to be considered legally valid.

The legal dispute originated from an interview conducted by Tasha K with Hart’s former assistant, who made several explosive allegations. Among these claims were allegations of Hart’s involvement in an extramarital affair and his purported inability to compensate staff members due to gambling debts. Hart’s lawsuit encompasses charges of defamation, violation of a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), and an accusation that Tasha attempted to extort $250,000 from him in exchange for not publishing the interview. As of now, a judge has yet to make a ruling on the motion for dismissal.

Meanwhile, Kevin Hart finds himself embroiled in another public feud, this time with fellow comedian Katt Williams. In the video, Williams clocks in at 4.47 seconds, a time equivalent to that of NFL first-round pick Sauce Gardner in 2022. It appears Williams wasn’t exaggerating about his physical prowess.

However, fans seized upon the footage to fuel the ongoing feud between Williams and Hart. In response, Hart took to social media in August 2023, sharing videos of himself in a wheelchair. According to Hart, he sustained injuries to his lower abdomen and abductors while attempting to outpace former NFL player Stevan Ridley in a 40-yard dash. Ridley, who played in the NFL from 2011 to 2018, reportedly left Hart sidelined for about six weeks due to the injury
