The ongoing custody dispute between Tyga and Blac Chyna over their son, King Cairo, could have been resolved earlier had they held a conversation, as revealed by Chyna on The Viall Files on Thursday (October 26).

Chyna, whose real name is Angela White, explained that she initially had full custody of Kingy during the first four years of his life. However, her busy life changed the custody arrangement, as she was pregnant with her daughter Dream and managing new relationships, leading to schedule alterations.

Expressing her desire for an amicable resolution outside of court, Chyna lamented that Tyga didn’t seem open to discussing their situation directly. “The whole world’s watching, and it’s like, ‘We could’ve just had a conversation, man,'” she shared.

In response, Tyga filed court documents earlier this month, seeking Blac Chyna to have visitation rights without physical custody. He also wants formal permission to travel out of California with the children.

Blac Chyna previously filed for joint custody of King and requested child support, resulting in a public exchange between the former couple. Tyga responded to the child support filing, commenting on a social media post, indicating a disagreement about their parenting schedule.

In September, Chyna served Tyga’s mother, Pasionaye Nguyen, with legal documents through a process server after facing difficulty finding Tyga to deliver the papers directly. This forced Tyga to respond to the paperwork or risk facing a potential default judgment.

Despite the legal back and forth, Chyna expressed her wish for an open conversation to avoid the court process.
