Kanye West Reaffirms Support for Donald Trump Despite Past Discord

Kanye West has reiterated his allegiance to Donald Trump, signaling a continued alliance despite past tensions in their relationship.

In an encounter with paparazzi at an airport on Monday (February 12), Ye discussed various topics including surviving cancellation, overcoming financial challenges, and his ongoing support for Trump. When asked if he still backed Trump, West responded unequivocally.

“Yeah of course, it’s Trump all day,” he affirmed. “What you talking ’bout? You know what it is.”

Their relationship had encountered strain in 2022 when West claimed that Trump had insulted him and his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, during a meeting at the former president’s Mar-a-Lago estate.

West recounted the encounter on Twitter, highlighting Trump’s purported displeasure at West’s proposal for him to be his vice president. He also mentioned Trump’s interaction with controversial white supremacist Nick Fuentes, as well as Trump’s alleged derogatory remarks towards Kardashian.

Despite this public rift, it appears that West and Trump have moved past the incident. Reports indicate that the pair’s association, which began in 2018, remains intact.
