Difficulties around Mowzey Radio’s Memorial: Why His Father Won’t Attend

Mowzey Radio’s father has openly stated his reluctance to attend the annual memorial service for his late son. The event, held at Kagga Nakawuka on 1st February, brings together fans, family, and relatives to pray for the singer’s soul.

After Radio’s passing, a dispute arose between the father and mother regarding the burial site. The father preferred the ancestral grounds in Fort Portal, while the mother insisted on Nakawuka. Despite returning to work after six years of mourning, the father revealed he has children whose whereabouts he’s unaware of.

As a born-again Christian, he rejects the idea of praying for the deceased and is not prepared to participate in the memorial service. He stressed his inability to visit Radio’s burial ground until he resolves issues with his ex-wife, Kasuubo Jane.
