Following her recent DUI arrest, Tiffany Haddish opened up about the incident and expressed her intention to seek assistance during a conversation with Kevin Frazier of Entertainment Tonight. Prior to the arrest, Haddish shared a video on Instagram, showcasing her listening to the yacht rock band Yächtley Crëw at the El Rey Theatre. The comedian revealed that her Tesla, which parked itself, inadvertently blocked a portion of the street when she fell asleep behind the wheel.

In her conversation with ET, Haddish asserted that such incidents will not recur. She stated, “I’m going to get some help so I can learn balance and boundaries.” Reflecting on her Thanksgiving, Haddish shared that she spent the day feeding underprivileged individuals at The Laugh Factory in Los Angeles before performing a set in honor of the holidays.

Despite spending a brief time in police custody, Haddish was seen doing another comedy set on the same night. During her performance, she humorously shared, “I prayed to God to send me a man with a job, preferably in uniform. God answered my prayers because God believes in me.” This echoes a similar joke she made on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon after a DUI arrest in January 2022, where she quipped about receiving multiple uniformed suitors.

In reference to her legal situation, Haddish mentioned, “I’ve got a really great lawyer, and we’re going to work it out. I’ve got to get my asking of things to God a little better.” Stay tuned for further updates on Tiffany Haddish’s journey.
