Whether or not Iman Shumpert is by her side, Teyana Taylor has always maintained her status as the ultimate icon. The Harlem-born entertainer is navigating a significant period of change as she approaches her 33rd birthday, officially confirming the end of her highly publicized marriage to the NBA player. This revelation came after Shumpert and his legal team made previously private documents public, unveiling that infidelity played a role in Taylor’s decision to file for divorce several months ago.
Reports now indicate that the parents of two are no longer cohabitating amid the ongoing chaos. Shumpert has contributed to the social media frenzy by reposting a Joe Budden meme, while Taylor remains focused on her professional commitments, recently making a public appearance at the annual Gotham Awards. She turned heads in a sleek black dress, though keen observers speculated about her midsection appearing fuller than usual.

While some speculated that Taylor might be expecting, the truth is more grounded. In a video response, she addressed the rumors, stating, “Auntey ain’t preggo y’all! I just had to pee 😭, Y’all know that pee pouch ain’t nothing to play wit 😩😩😩😭😂.” She humorously dismissed any misconceptions, adding, “My kangaroo head a** 🦘.”
False pregnancy accusations are the latest development in the ongoing saga of Iman Shumpert and Teyana Taylor’s divorce. Despite Taylor’s initial efforts to keep the situation private, Shumpert thrust the news into the public domain earlier this month, intensifying tensions between the ex-spouses. While navigating this challenging situation, it’s safe to assume that Halle Bailey is likely relieved to have the spotlight shifted away from her after weeks of speculation surrounding her alleged pregnancy with DDG.
