Reflecting on his late father’s illness and treatment in a South African hospital, Hon. Akena expressed surprise at the significant presence of Ugandan doctors who lent their expertise during the challenging time.

The 77-year-old Cecilia Ogwal passed away last Thursday, succumbing to cancer at an Indian hospital. Her final resting place is scheduled to be her marital home in Kole District, where she will be laid to rest on Saturday.
