Amidst his 10-year prison sentence for the shooting incident involving Megan Thee Stallion, Tory Lanez recently announced plans for a Deluxe version of his 2021 album, “Alone At Prom.” However, the album promotion sparked controversy with an animated reporter character in the promotional video, raising eyebrows and allegations of it referencing Meghann Cuniff, a court reporter who actively covered Lanez’s trial.

Cuniff’s live-tweeting during the highly publicized trial was lauded for providing in-depth and factual updates.
