By Shaffic Muza | We’re winding up this week’s #NUPCountryWideTour with a trip to Luweero, that part of Uganda which dictator Museveni and his NRA rebels turned into a pot of misery as they murdered and plundered their way into power. Sad to see that 37 years since the war ended, the people of Luweero are still suffering from unhealed trauma and broken promises. Today, we are taking them a message of hope!
