NBA Youngboy, known for his prolific musical output despite being under house arrest in Nevada, might be adding another controversial figure to his list of collaborators – 6ix9ine. The rainbow-haired rapper, facing legal challenges and currently in the Dominican Republic following arrests for alleged assaults, could be joining forces with Youngboy for a new project.
In a recent video circulating online, 6ix9ine engages in a FaceTime conversation with NBA Youngboy while driving. The specifics of the video’s timing are unclear, but the artists discuss the prospect of collaborating on a new song. During the conversation, 6ix9ine repeatedly emphasizes his status as a “stand-up” guy, seemingly justifying the potential collaboration with Youngboy.
6ix9ine, dealing with legal complexities, was recently granted bond ahead of his trial in the Dominican Republic. Meanwhile, NBA Youngboy has been releasing music consistently while navigating his own legal challenges and house arrest situation in Nevada.
6ix9ine’s latest project, the mini-album BLACKBALLED, was released last month, featuring nine tracks with a total duration of 20 minutes. Notably, it concludes with the controversial collaboration “SHAKA LAKA” alongside Kodak Black, drawing criticism from fellow rappers upon its initial release.
As fans await further details about the potential collaboration between NBA Youngboy and 6ix9ine, the combination of these two polarizing figures has sparked curiosity and discussion within the hip-hop community.
