The Blackpool, England branch of the museum recently unveiled its wax figure of R&B legend Beyoncé, but it didn’t quite capture her likeness, leading to a flurry of humorous reactions online.

Commenters wasted no time in pointing out the discrepancies. “That’s Shakir-oncè,” quipped one user under The Shade Room’s post of the model, while another joked, “If Beyoncé, JLo, and Leah Remini had a baby in the face ta dahhhh.”

TMZ also jumped in on the fun, noting the online community’s comparisons of the figure to Leah Remini, prompting Remini herself to join in. “I am screaming! And loving all the tweets! This perimenopausal woman will take any and all comparisons to the beautiful Beyoncé!” she replied to TMZ’s tweet.

Meanwhile, the real Beyoncé is gearing up to launch a line of cosmetic products that she’s been teasing since last year.

Earlier this week, the superstar shared a trailer for her new hair care line, Cécred (pronounced “sacred”). The commercial showcases various hair styles and stages of upkeep, emphasizing the sacredness of hair care. “Hair is sacred. The journey begins Feb 20. Visit CECRED.COM,” she announced in the caption.

Beyoncé first hinted at her beauty venture in a mid-2023 Instagram post, where she shared memories of her early days working in her mother’s salon. “Having learned so much on my hair journey, I’ve always dreamed of carrying on her legacy,” she wrote. “I can’t wait for you to experience what I’ve been creating.”

Notably, a search of the US Patent and Trademark Office database reveals that “Cécred” has been trademarked for a wide range of products beyond hair care, hinting at a comprehensive beauty and lifestyle brand in the making.
