In a recent Instagram post on Friday (October 27), 50 Cent reignited his ongoing feud with Madonna, this time taking aim at the iconic pop star’s physical appearance. The G-Unit mogul shared a screenshot of a clip from one of Madonna’s recent performances at the O2 Arena in London alongside an image of an ant, humorously juxtaposing the two visuals.

In the caption, 50 Cent made derisive remarks about Madonna’s appearance, questioning why, being affluent, she hadn’t altered her looks, and demanding the identity of her doctor. He added hashtags “bransoncognac” and “lecheminduroi.”

This isn’t the first time 50 Cent and Madonna have clashed publicly. Their ongoing feud includes 50 Cent issuing an apology to Madonna in December 2021 after a post crossed a line, leading to Madonna expressing her disapproval.
