The Ugandan diaspora plays a crucial role in the NUP’s efforts to promote democratic change in Uganda. The convention is not only a platform for discussing political strategies but also an opportunity for networking and mobilizing resources. It provides a space for diaspora members to share their experiences, collaborate on advocacy efforts, and strengthen their commitment to the cause.

The presence of Bobi Wine in Toronto underscores the importance of this event in galvanizing support for the NUP’s mission. His leadership and the convention’s discussions are expected to drive renewed energy and focus in the struggle for democratic reforms in Uganda.
