Anti-Corruption Protests : Beewol, Faiza, and Owishemwe Granted Bail
Four out of the five peaceful demonstrators in the anti-corruption march who were arrested and remanded on July 23rd, have today been granted Bail by the Nakawa Chief Magistrates Court.
A one, Aljab Musinguzi’s has not been granted bail due to irregularities in the document presented regarding his residence.
Handed bail were Faiza Salima, Dr. Thomas Kanzira, Bernard Ewalu Olupot and Hamala Edgar Barlow.
