The case in which property dealer Muhammad Kamoga of the Kamoga Properties Ltd  is accused of fraudulently registering a third party on a land title belonging to radio presenter Suuna Ben has taken a new twist.

While speaking at the funeral of his late mother, Suuna  spit fire against Kamoga, accusing him of fraudulently adding another person on his title without his consent.

It is alleged that last year 2024 while working for Suuna, by assisting him in transferring his land title for land at Bukaya into his name, the land broker, Kamoga fraudulently  added another name  on the transfer form to imply that the socialite co-owns the property at Garuga in Entebbe, Wakiso District, with Nambwayo whereas not.

The incident sparked accusations against Kamoga, which he has neglected to resolve to date.

At the burial, Suuna shocked the mourners including Nsangi Town Council mayor and also musician Mathius Walukaga Mulumba asked her dead mother to report the matter to God for help in order to overcome and help him to get justice.

“Mum, when you reach before the Lord God, I request you to report Kamoga of  Kamoga property consultant for stealing my land by fraudulently adding another name on my land title. Tell God that where I am coming from, there is a man, a thief troubling my son,” said Suuna , attracting applause.

Describing Kamoga as a renowned Fraudster, Suuna asserted that Kamoga has subjected him to untold suffering and sorrow since 2024, which he  had not experienced before.

The singer told his dead mother, “I know you are going to heaven, but as soon as you reach there and before even taking that cup of tea, please report to God that you have left me struggling.”

Suuna’s outcry attracted other people in the performing art sector to demand that Kamoga rectify the fraud or face the consequences.

One of the artists identified as Seguya, commonly known as Kayibanda, asked Kamoga to rectify the mess or face dire consequences.

“You are not the first one but you cannot turn against a man who spends nights outside playing music and defrauds him and plans to steal his house and add another person on his title, ” he said.

Kayibanda warned, “We shall mobilise as Ugandans, Kamoga, you will not like it.”

Walukagga asked Suuna to give him permission to compose a song titled ‘Kamoga’.

“We the people of Masaka and supporters of Suuna  hereby give you, Kamoga, a one month ultimatum, but they usually give two days and hours to rectify this matter where you colluded. If the month goes without you resolving this matter, unless you burn all the studios,I will compose a song about your fraudulent dealings, ” he warmed.

The complaint by Suuna adds more woes to a multi billion fraud case where the property broker allegedly forged the signature of business man Peter Bibangamba to  fraudulently transfer Bibangamba’s 200 acres of prime land at Garuga in Entebbe.

He has since been charged at Entebbe Magistrates Court with eight counts of forgery, uttering a false document as well as forceful eviction on two  case files.

Efforts to get a comment from Kamoga were furtile as he was not picking his known telephone numbers.
