When I was paraded into these terror cells, I was inducted into a series of clobber sessions presided by CMI attachees from Western and Northern regions of Uganda.

They’re quite organized in a sense that after clobbering you, they deploy another soldier of your tribe and religion to counsel you and lure you out of the struggle. By my own tribesman, I was told that when I’m captured, it’s me to face the reprisals, not @HEBobiwine.

He told me how Bobi leads a flamboyant lifestyle yet we, his supporters are subjected to untold torture. This left me quite perplexed because it’s as if he was condoning and glorifying the heinous acts they subject youths to.

To my dismay, these men interrogated me to understand what exactly inspires me to tweet against the NRM regime. I mostly complied with their directives to minimize the torture, but regardless this was not their business. Compliant or defiant, I had to be tortured at all costs.

For the entire 72 hours I was held captive, they denied me meals as another torture tool. They only fed me on 30 whips for all the time I was held hostage. It is only in the hands of CID at SIU Kireka that I was able to get something for my worms before smuggled to the court.
