What credentials do I need to provide?
To maintain high platform standards, you’ll need to submit valid proof of expertise. This typically includes:
- Government-issued identification (submitted via the Identity Proof section).
- Professional certifications, degrees, or relevant work history.
- Links to your professional portfolio or established social channels.

How do I manage my availability for 1-on-1 Sessions?
You can easily control your schedule by navigating to the Sessions management tab. From there, you can set your working hours, connect your calendar, and specify time slots where users can book you for direct consultations.
Can I create my own Subscription Plans?
Yes! Notisboard empowers experts to monetize their knowledge effectively. Under the Subscription Plans section, you can design tiers, set your own pricing structures, and define what exclusive content or benefits users receive at each level.
How do I request a payout for my completed sessions?
Once you’ve successfully completed sessions or accumulated subscription earnings, go to the Financial section and select Payout Request. Ensure your payout methods are correctly configured under Payment Options for a smooth transfer.
Platform Safety & Account Quality
What should I do if a User behaves inappropriately during a chat or session?
Your safety and comfort are paramount. If a user violates platform guidelines during a live interaction, you can utilize the reporting tools to flag the behavior immediately. These cases are sent directly to our moderation team under Reported Chats or Reported Sessions for swift investigation.
Can my Expert status be revoked?
To maintain platform quality, accounts with multiple verified violations or those found uploading fraudulent identity proofs will be flagged under Reported Experts. Depending on the severity, violations may face temporary suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
