Nicki Minaj is gearing up for a sizzling summer in Europe as she takes on the role of the headliner at Afro Nation Portugal 2024. The afrobeats festival is scheduled to unfold from June 26–28 on Praia Da Rocha Beach, Portimao, featuring the Pink Friday 2 rapper alongside a star-studded lineup, including Tyla, Asake, J Hus, Uncle Waffles, and Rema, among others.

Tickets for the event, ranging from Golden, VIP, to GA, will be available on the festival’s website starting Thursday (January 25), with a limited pre-sale kicking off at 10 am GMT, followed by a general sale at 1 pm GMT.

Nicki Minaj is set for an eventful 2024, taking her Pink Friday 2 tour across North America and Europe this spring. Boasting nearly 40 dates, the tour has become her highest-selling one to date, according to LiveNation. Tickets are already on sale for fans eager to catch the rap sensation live.

Pink Friday 2, released last month on Nicki’s 41st birthday, made an immediate impact, debuting at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with 228,000 first-week units. Foxy Brown, who previously topped the chart twice in the 1990s, extended her congratulations to Nicki on social media, acknowledging Nicki’s unique accomplishment. Pink Friday 2 also made waves on the Billboard Hot 100, with 17 out of its 22 songs securing a spot on the chart – a record-breaking feat for any female rapper.
